Thunder Bay missing woman, Alanis Mawakeesic

Alanis Mawakeesic missing – Help is needed to locate a woman last seen at Ontario Street on Tuesday.

THUNDER BAY, Ontario – Alanis Mawakeesic, a 25-year-old from Thunder Bay is missing and a missing person’s report has been filed by her family with the Thunder Bay Police Service. She was reportedly seen last on Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021 at noon in the area of the 100 block of Ontario Street and has not been seen or heard from since then. Thunder Bay is a city on Lake Superior, in northwestern Ontario, Canada.

The family of the 25-year-old reported her missing when she failed to come back home as expected and all attempts to reach her have been unsuccessful. The report gathered says that her phone is unreachable and there have been no activities on her social media since she went missing.

There are growing concerns for her safety and the Thunder Bay Police are doing all they can to find her and are now appealing to the public to help in the search for Alanis who might be in danger.
